SMART stands for Supporting Marysville Amending Referendums TIFs. The SMART coalition consists of
residents, parents, grandparents, alumni, teachers and other concerned citizens all working together for
a common goal. Our goal is to amend the Charter of Marysville in order to strengthen the Marysville
community. The Charter of Marysville is the document that outlines the organization, powers and
procedures of Marysville’s government.
